HeatPipe Auxiliary Dehumidification Technology

HeatPipe is composed of evaporator, condenser pipe, working fluid in the pipe and connecting copper pipe, and effectively used for auxiliary dehumidification of fresh air unit to reduce energy consumption by the heat transfer process that the refrigerant absorbs heat to vaporize at high temperature side and condensate to release heat at low temperature side;

No external cooperation interface, no need of external power, and no maintenance workload;

Evaporator and condenser all use inner screw copper tube threading anti-corrosion hydrophilic aluminum fins that have higher heat exchange efficiency; every system shall be subject to strict condition test before leaving factory to guarantee the optimum energy-saving effect;

The actual test condition shows that, compared with common fresh air handling unit, it can save 15% refrigerating capacity and 80% reheating capacity;

Fresh Air Handling Unit Bypass Anti-freezing Patent Scheme

Fresh air bypass anti-freezing scheme is a new scheme of increasing bypass air ducts before and after the heating coil of common fresh air handling unit and installing volume damper and booster fan to guarantee the bypass effect;

When the unit operates in winter condition, open all valves of the heat coils, control the supply air temperature by controlling the bypass volume and realize energy-saving effect;

As the fresh air bypass scheme maintains high flow in bypass pipe all the time, it solves the operation anti-freezing problem and will not have overheating problem of supply air, which thus well solves problems of anti-freezing in cold season and eliminating heat in room by fresh air cooling;

Dual-tubes Steam Heating Coil Patent Technology

Due to severe operating conditions of high working pressure, “water hammer” phenomenon produced from vapor-fluid mixing, high velocity in pipe and uneven cold and heat, the common steam heating coils have very high fault rate and low heating efficiency;

Characteristics of AirMaster exclusive dual-tubes patent structure:

1. The manifold and all branch pipes are all double-layer tube structure, which can realize vapor-liquid separation and effectively avoid “water hammer”;

The dual-coil exhaust air heat recovery scheme means an energy-saving technology scheme of setting heat recovery coils respectively at the exhaust air and fresh air of the air-conditioning system and effectively recovering exhaust energy through the circulating water pump;

In cold area, the working fluid in tube can use glycol aqueous solution for anti-freezing, which is economic and reliable;
