Characteristics:

      Flooded screw chiller is a unit using screw compressor as power source, refrigerant as heat transfer medium and extracting low-temperature cold water from water. Having characteristics of wide refrigerating capacity of single unit, high energy efficiency ratio, energy-saving economic, compact volume, smooth operation and long service life;

      According to the structure, flooded screw chiller can be divided into single- system chiller (1 compressor), dual-system chiller (2 compressors) and three-system chiller (3 compressors). The dual systems are its fluorine system, and two compressors are in parallel connection and share one evaporator and one cooler. Two compressors are equipped with oil balancing pipes, which well guarantees oil balance of the two compressors; The three systems are independent systems, the respective coolers and evaporators of the three compressors are mutually independent at fluorine side, but in series at water side. The primary oil separator is the compressor-equipped oil separator and the secondary oil separator is built into the cooler.
