Centralized Monitoring System Solutions



In heating ventilation air conditioning system, we always encounter numerous dispersedly installed air-conditioning equipment and we adopt “disperse control and centralized management” solution to intensively collect the data signal of such numerous air-conditioning auto-control equipment to one or more central control computers (upper computer), and the “air-conditioning equipment management software” operating on such computer completes data collection, recording and analysis through computer hardware. Operators can easily acquire the operation state, history trend and fault alarm information of each equipment in the air-conditioning system from the computer, and even can change the control parameters of each equipment (e.g., changing the settings of temperature and humidity), manually intervene the openness of valves etc..

                      

Hardware: professional industrial personal computer or high-end commercial computer, provided with hardware equipment of UPS uninterruptible power supply, printer etc..
Software: internationally famous common industrial automation configuration software

Entering the air-conditioner refrigerating monitoring management system, the home page is designed with distinct, simple and beautiful function structure, and designed with user login function.


Display Interface of Dynamic Color Flow Diagram
The flow diagram includes the internal work flow, temperature and humidity state of each air-conditioner terminal as well as the real-time operation and fault state of equipment, with data refresh cycle less than 5s, the diagram is elegant and easy to understand.


 


System Overview Display Interface
The interface generally display in time the process parameters and equipment operation of the whole air-conditioning equipment, including equipment operation data, fault state, temperature and humidity state as well as their settings etc..
The data refresh cycle is less than 5s. Such picture is the most frequently browsed interface by operators, and through such interface, operators can easily get the operation information of all air-conditioning equipment.



 

 


Manual Operation Interface of Executor 
Operators can directly manually intervene the operation condition of water valve, air valve and frequency converter through such interface, so as to respond to unexpected emergencies.
Fault Alarm Query Interface 
When system or equipment has fault, the “Alarm Query” interface pops up automatically and displays the occurrence of fault, pressing corresponding buttons, the interface will display the occurrence time, place, content and maintenance measures of fault.
All fault contents correspond to the expert diagnostics library, displaying the possible causes and maintenance suggestions of fault.
 
 Historical Trend Interface
The computer records the process data once every one minute and stores them in the database, and users can conveniently call out the historical data within special time through the historical curve and form curves for analysis.
 
 
 Electricity Consumption Statistics Interface
The computer periodically records the real-time data of equipment and stores them in the database on upper computer, users can call out the consumption (including electricity, flow, compressed air consumption) of every equipment within some time period through the electricity statistics function, form bar graph and pie graph to present them, so as to provide reference for future operation management.
